Mark Nagaoka, 65, Kapaa, Kauai, a retired store manager for Whalers General Store and Foodland, and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by son Ryan, daughter Ashley, brother Ed and sister Judi Ishida. Visitation: 9 a.m. April 25 at Garden Island Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Inurnment: 1 p.m. at Kauai Veterans Cemetery.
