77William Enoka "Uncle Bino" Kelii, 75, of Honolulu, a retired heavy-equipment operator, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Kainaliu, Hawaii. He is survived by son Bobby; daughter Laverne Yamaguchi; sisters Barbara Palmer, Jeanette Apiki and Frances Hudson; and six grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel.
