74Yae "Ethel" Higa, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Scott Shoe Co. shoemaker, died at home. She was born in Spreckelsville, Maui. She is survived by sons William S., Howard S. and Frederick H.; brothers Kenyu, Kenso and Morio Tokuda; sister Kiyo Matsuzaki; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
