76Delbert Mark Silva, 63, of Lawai, Kauai, a state Department of Health vector control section retiree, died at home. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Theresa Ann, sons Caleb and Cyrus, daughters Candida Landagora and Christie Silva, sister Jolyn Gisclard and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sunday at Garden Island Mortuary, Lawai. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Lawai Cemetery. Casual attire. No flowers.
