KEIJIRO UMEBAYASHI Age 95, of Waianae, a retired Plumber from Barbers Point/ Pearl Harbor, passed peacefully at home on March 16, 2015. He was born in Waimanalo to Usuke and Saki Umebayashi. He is survived by his sons, Colin, Clifford (Myong Hui Pugh); daughters, Cheryl Harris (Robert), Faye Koto (Randy); three grand- children. His wife Merle preceded him in death. He served in the Army and received a letter of "Chevalier" the Legion of Honor for his contribution to liberating France, Silver Star, Bronze star and two Purple Hearts. Services will be held Friday (4/24) at Hosoi Garden Mortuary 6PM. Casual attire, flowers welcome. He will be laid to rest on Monday (4/27) 1PM at the National Cemetery of the Pacific.
