Librada was a 1952 graduate of Waipahu High School and a retired Handi Van driver. She is survived by son, Clinton (Germaine) Kepaa; daughters, Suzette Chai, Janette Kepaa; brothers, Andy Manuel, Johnny Manuel; sisters, Tina Lopez, Rose Estioko, Lori Gomes, Margaret Enriquez; 9 grand- children; 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation 10:00 a.m., Tuesday (Apr. 28) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
