79Evelyn Isabelle "Eve" Ortiz, 74, of Kailua-Kona, a Kona Surf Resort housekeeper, Jupiter Laundromat attendee and owner of Grandma Evelyn's Child Care, died at Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Waiaha, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Erenio; sons Erenio Jr., Alex, Jeff and Leroy; daughters Beverly Ortiz Sadumiano and Janet Acorda; brother Melvin Thomas; 16 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. May 2 at Big Game Fishing Clubhouse, Honokohau Harbor, Kailua-Kona. Casual attire. No flowers.
