76Joan Kunimune Teraizumi, 64, of Waipahu, a state Department of Education librarian for Waiau Elementary School, died in Aiea. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Tadahiko "Tad"; son Jon T.; daughter Yumi; sisters Lynne M.K. Mitani, Ann M.K. Seo and Joy H. Talaro; and a grandchild. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 5:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
