82Librada Manuel Kepaa, also known as "Lee" and "Pasing," 82, of Ewa Beach, a retired Handi-Van driver, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Waipahu. She is survived by son Clinton; daughters Suzette "Maka" Chai and Janette "Jan" Kepaa; brothers Andy and Johnny Manuel; sisters Tina Lopez, Rose Estioko, Lori Gomes and Margaret Enriquez; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
