James G. "Jim" Miller, 88, of Honolulu, an Army retiree who served in World War II and the Korean War, died in Seoul. He was born in Kingston, N.Y. He is survived by wife Il Pun "Judy"; sons San Won, U Won and Chong Won Chon; daughters Un Suk Choi, Kyong Hui Kim and Anna Palla; brother Guy; and 13 grandchildren.
