72Andrew Daniel Garcia, 77, of Koloa, Kauai, a retired state Harbors Division maritime police officer, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Hanamaulu, Kauai. He is survived by wife Barbara O.; sons Jon Sr., Patrick and Sheldon; daughters Brenda Gusman and Christine Garcia; brothers Richard Ebinger and Stanford Garcia; sisters Loretta Kupihea and Julie Garcia; 18 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Old Koloa Church. Celebration of life: 10 a.m.
