76Franklin Noel Silva Sr., 76, of Makaweli, Kauai, a retired Gay & Robinson truck operator, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Makaweli. He is survived by wife Bernice; sons Franklin Jr., Willie and Vincent; daughter Lisa Latu; brothers John, Walter and Richard; 15 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Garden Island Mortuary, Lawai, Kauai. Celebration of life: 11:30 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
