Keoki Polk Spalding, 68, of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Kailua-Kona, a musician and an Army veteran, died in Tucson. He was born in Santa Barbara, Calif. He is survived by brother Randy and sister Lesley Tyler. Graveside services: 9 a.m. Friday at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery, Kailua-Kona. Casual attire. Lei or loose flowers welcome.
