Yoshikatsu "Sparky" Maruo, 96, of Honolulu, a retired Navy Public Works Center supervisor and an Army veteran who served with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Katie H.; daughters Patricia M. and Adele A. Maruo, and Leslie C. Kayser; brother Tsuneshi; and sisters Constance Wakasugi and Grace Nakamoto. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
