74Betty Michiko Higa, 85, of HonoÂlulu, a U.S. Immigration Services retiree, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Dr. James R.K. and Jay; daughters Linda Kunihisa and Donna Komagome; sisters Nancy Arizumi, Alice Morisako, Lillian Tanabe, Elaine Koike, Karen ShiÂmabukuro and Gayle Terayama; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
