FRANCIS C. RAWLINS April 24, 2015 Francis Rawlins, 95 of Kaneohe passed away peacefully at his home. Served with the Honolulu Police Department during W.W. II. He retired as an insurance executive with General American Group Insurance. He was born in Honolulu and was pre deceased by Olivia G. Rawlins. He was a member of St. Ann's Church in Kaneohe. Survived by sons Cliff (Colleen) Rawlins, Bobby (Debra) Rawlins; daughters Judi Manthei, Charmaine (John) Ostrowski. 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter. Also survived by sister Lydia Miranda. Services private. Grave side service May 12, 2015 9am Hawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire.
