72Harriet Haruko Kohashi, 91, of Honolulu, a retired certified public accountant for Theodore T. Kohashi CPA Inc., died in the Queen’s Medical Center. She was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Theodore T., son Leslie M., brothers Masami and Shigemi Higashigawa, and sisters Ellen Ikeda, Arlene Dowler and Grace Kira. Private services.
