Vernon J. Kunselman, 92, of Honolulu, a retired federal government budget analyst for Fort Shafter and Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Springview, Neb. He is survived by sons Michael and Randy, brother Doug and two grandchildren. Private services.
