Vicente "Tank" Barro, 75, of Wahiawa, a construction worker for the state Department of Education and a Navy veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by daughters Paulette Samojlik and Antoinette Boilard; sons Jose, Anthony, Bobbylee, Christopher and David; brother Maximino Baro; sister Theodore Newcomb; 29 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Inurnment: 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
