81Carrie Jane Natsue Sagucio, 56, of Eleele, Kauai, a retired Veterans Administration Clinic licensed practical nurse, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by husband Oscar, sons Justin Wakumoto and Jarin Quibilan, daughter Jasmine Quibilan, mother Leatrice Togikawa, brothers Dan Togikawa and Eric Wakumoto, and sisters Luann Latorre and Kelly Braun. Visitation: 3 p.m. Friday at All Saints Church, Kapaa, Kauai. Celebration of life to follow. Casual attire.
