He was a United States Army veteran & WWII Filipino/American veteran. He retired from Leonard's Bakery. He is survived by wife, Ana Dulay; sons, Jimmy (Shirley) Dulay, Alfred (Josephine) Dulay, Jeff Randy (Marisol) Dulay; daughters, Melba (Leuterio) Ilarde, Irene Dulay, Edna (Theodore) Polahon, Ruby (Samuel) Dulatre, Olivia (Julio) Sadio; sister, Porferia Velasco; 17 grandchildren; 12 great- grandchildren. Visitation 9:00 a.m., Wednesday (May 27) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary (20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu). Funeral service 10:30 a.m. Committal service to follow 1:00 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
