Robin Dale Stempin, 60, of Mililani, chief of Wideband Satellite Communications, Regional SATCOM Support Center, Pacific, and an Army veteran, died in Mililani. He was born in Montana. He is survived by wife Myoung, daughter Jennifer Law, son Tony, mother Doris, brother Gary, sister Judy Stewart and two grandchildren. Celebration of life: 5 p.m. Wednesday at Wheeler Army Base Chapel, 679 Wright Ave., Building 1470, Wahiawa. Committal services: 11 a.m. Thursday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
