74Concepcion del Mar "Connie" Higa, 90, of Honolulu, formerly of Hilo and Kona, a self-employed seamstress and a former sales representative for Von Hamm Young, BJ Furniture and GEM store in Hilo, died in Honolulu. She was born in Onomea, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Michael, Graciano, Douglas and Jesus Jr. del Mar; daughters Marcel Smith, Pearla Olaso and Jewel Moore; 17 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
