Rodrigo Aquiat "Eping" Ramos, 81, of Waipahu, a Navy veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Waipahu. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by daughter Dr. Rhodelynn and sister Victoria Rivera. Visitation: 6 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Wake service: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 94-675 Farrington Highway, Waipahu.
