72Eduardo "Eddie" Lactaoen, 67, of Waipahu, a civil service retiree and founder of the family-owned E & M's Family Sounds and Productions LLC, died in Waipahu. He was born in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines. He is survived by wife Monica I.; son Eddie; daughter Elena Lao; brothers Franklin and Rainero Jr.; sisters Vi Pascua, Norma Manzano and Belma Manibag; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Wake service: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:30 a.m. Friday at the mortuary chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
