75Franklin Munoz Fernando, 87, of Waipahu, an Oahu Country Club retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Violeta R.; sons Rolando and Napoleon; daughters Marilyn Gomez, Lavinia Solanio, Isabelita Fernando, Rowena Semana and Marissa Ritsos; and sister Florina Monte. Visitation: 6 p.m. Monday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
