72Thomas Herman Blackwell, 68, of Honolulu, a retired master plumber at A-1 Hydro Mechanics and Hale Koa Hotel, died in Honolulu. He was born in Newton, Mich. He is survived by wife Yolanda; daughters Melissa Souza, Cecilia Shaner, Donna-Lee Leanio and Christina Blackwell; sister Patricia Jernigan; and 12 grandchildren.
