George Masao Shimabuku, 84, of Honolulu, a retired Kahala Elementary School custodian and an Army veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by sons Dane, Bruce, Lance and Scott; mother Sumiko; brother Edwin Shimabukuro; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
