Howard Allen Kruse Sr., 86, of Kailua, a retired Kona Bay Fabric Co. sales representative and an Army veteran, will be remembered in a Mass 11:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Kailua. Visitation: 9 a.m. Burial: 3 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sylvia; daughters Kalei Kimhan and Kathy Huihui; sons John and Howard Kruse Jr., and Joe, Steven, Pat and Puhi "Keith" Adams; hanai son Garland Hughes; brothers Roy Sr. and George Sr.; sister Tootsie Kothgassner; 28 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
