He is survived by brothers Douglas and Elwood "Maka," and sisters Elonia "Kahili" and Michelle Cluck, Patamon "Keo" Kahawai and Ursula Makaiwi. Visitation: 10 a.m. Monday at Diamond Head Mortuary.
