Norihisa Ouchi, 88, of Waipahu, a retired city firefighter and an Army veteran, died in Waipahu. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by sons Dennis and Michael, sister Aiko Nishimura, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
