73Patsy Ann Alayvilla, 68, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a Big Save Store receiving clerk in Koloa, Kauai, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by daughters Melisa Dodge and Brenda Miyashiro; brothers Frank Jr. and Patrick Simao; sisters Theresa Mahuiki, Shirley Ipac and Diana Carvalho; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Church. Mass: 11 a.m. Private inurnment.
