Seperino "Primo" Tobias, 87, of Wahiawa, a retired truck driver in Honolulu and Kailua-Kona as well as a Navy veteran and merchant seaman, died in Honolulu. He was born at Schofield Barracks. He is survived by wife Vicenta, sons Timothy and Clyde, daughters Theresa Macy and Marcelina Yates, brothers Ernesto Sarroca and Alfredo Tobias, sister Mary Cantere, 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
