MELVIN KATSUMI NAKAGAWA Passed away peacefully on June 18, 2015 at home in Kaneohe. He was born on April 17, 1943. He was the proprietor of SPARC Enterprises and had retired from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard as electronics supervisor. Mel is survived by his wife, Jean; daughter, Lisa (Nelson) Ogimoto and grandson, Brandon. Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Kalihi Union Church, 2214 N. King St. Visitation from 3:00pm; services at 4:00pm.
