She is survived by husband Lance; daughter Roxanne Gonsalves; mother Beatrice Alfonso; brothers Edwin, Eric and Daniel Alfonso; sisters Doreen Mishima and Kathryn Bazell; a grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
