81Andrew Mikelsons, 76, of Hilo, a U.S. State Department foreign language translator and an anti-terrorist trainer, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Riga, Latvia. He is survived by wife Faith and son Adam C. Services to be announced at a later date.
