74Winsome Ululani Wai Sin Breen, 73, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a social worker aide, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Sean Breen and Mitchell Nakamura, daughters Shannon Breen and Andrea Kaohi, brother George M. Wong, sister G.H. Wong, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
