Warren Takemitsu Higa, 95, of Kailua, a retired director of Honolulu Community Action Program, former vice president at Central Pacific Bank and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Pamela Johnson, brother Takejiro and three grandchildren. Private services.
