73Vivian Shizuko "Nesan" Higa, 99, of Pearl City, a retired waitress, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Raymond; daughters Winnie Nikaido and Pam Teruya; brothers Robert, Yoshinobu and Wallace Miyahira; sisters Eleanor Yonashiro, Kimi Maedo and Amy Tsuhako; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Service: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
