72Charlotte Itsuyo Fujitani, 90, of Honolulu, a retired employee of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Kilauea, Kauai. She is survived by sisters Vivian M. Matsuse and Grace S. Hasegawa, and caregiver Elaine Navarrete. Private services.
