77Richard Seiyu "Shingi" Shinsato, 84, of Honolulu, a retired Honsador Inc. sales representative, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Makawao, Maui. He is survived by wife Fujiko "Fudge," son Steven, daughters Lynne Hanzawa and Sandra Shinsato, brother Robert, sisters Jane Kaneshiro and Sally Higa, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 2 p.m. Sunday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 3 p.m. Casual attire.
