Rodger Rikio Tsukamoto, 68, of Aiea, a postmaster and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Tuyet, sons Tate and Tyson, mother Dorothy, brother Kent, sister Sharon Takahashi and a grandchild. Services pending.
