Ralph W. Kondo, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Circuit Court judge and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Michele K.; son Randall I.; daughters Karen Sasaki, Janice Arakaki, Colleen Chong, Ruby Chow and Jasmine Williams; brothers Harry and Norman; sister Jean Nakagawa; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
