Wilbert Masanori Uehara, 83, of Honolulu, a retired city assistant finance controller and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Doris, son Roy, daughter Joanne Kurihara, sister Betty and three grandchildren. Private services.
