76Richard J. Ragudo Jr., 51, of Kapaa, Kauai, a diver, fisherman and mason, died. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by daughters Tasha and Shauday; sons Kaikoa, Shai and Jedidiah Ragudo, and Jacob and Triton Lombardo; parents Richard Sr. and Dolores V. "Dolly"; brothers Terence, Paulino, Randy and Quinten; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Aug. 29 at St. Catherine Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m.
