He is survived by wife Gina H., son Michael, daughters Jessica and Kaitlyn, father James W. and sister Toddi L. Nakagawa. General visitation: 1 p.m. Aug. 9 at Kamehameha Schools Bernice Pauahi Bishop Memorial Chapel. Services: 2 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
