74Frank Kamakaokalani, also known as "Palani" and "Unko Frank," 55, of Haliimaile, Maui, a state employee, died at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by wife Karen; sons Shane and Shannon; dAug.hters Shalia Kamakaokalani and Shelley Carparso; mother Victoria Madsen; brothers Frank Keoho, Francis Kamakaokalani and Eric Austring; sisters Kaipo Hanamaikai, Margie Kamakaokalani-Wittkowske, Kaui Alcover, Alohalani Victorino, Mapuana Tuili, Mahealani Laikona and Kealoha Arelliano; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Ballard Family Mortuary. Services: 7:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Ballard Family Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
