78Ted Hiroki Kamikawa, 90, of Waimanalo, a retired MTL chief supervisor, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Kyle, dAug.hters Lynn Hoffacker and Myra Tamanaka, brothers Francis and Thomas, sisters Mary Yamada and Carrie Fuchise, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
