WILLIAM (BILL) HOY MING CHOY William (Bill) Hoyming Choy, 88, of Vacaville, CA, a retired instrument mechanic for World Airways, was born in Honolulu and died July 12, 2014 in Vacaville, CA. He is survived by his wife Margaret; son Bill, his wife Clarisse Young; daughters Lani, her husband Norman Frost; Jennie, her husband Gary Williams; sisters Muriel Choy, Ellen Chung, Rose Lee; and six grandchildren: Brittany and Amber Williams, Daniel and Sean Choy, and William and Jacob Frost. Services: Wednesday August 5th 8:30am at Punchbowl- National Memorial cemetery of the Pacific. Aloha attire.
