Saburo "Sabu" Fukunaga, 90, of Pahala, Hawaii, a retired welder at the former Kau Sugar Co. and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Pahala. He is survived by sister Yoneko Sakai. Private services.
